1. Location: Bangsar - Bangsar is like Kowloon Tong in Kuala Lumpur, known for its villas and townhouses. It's traditionally a place where royalty, nobility, business magnates, judges, lawyers, doctors, and young professionals reside. Villas along the main road are priced over RM 30,000,000, and townhouses are over RM 3,000,000, making it a true traditional wealthy area.

2. Project Status: Historically, there have been very few high-rise residential projects in this area, so when Phase 1 was launched during the pandemic, it was quickly sold out, with buyers mostly from nearby royalty, the upper class, professionals, and a few foreign investors. • Deposit: HKD 5,000.
• Sales Agreement: Pay 10% of the property price.
• Instalment Payments: The remaining 90% will be paid in stages according to the construction progress.
• Mortgage: Foreigners working in Malaysia can get up to 85% mortgage; those with an HSBC Premium Account may find it easier to apply for a high-percentage mortgage.
